Walter is trying maybe a bit too hard to look cool in-front of you. He wants to be a bad boy, dark and mysterious but he’s kinda just being an ass. Maybe he’s been reading to many dark romance books? But what ever he’s attempting isn’t working the way he thought it would.

Edit: he’s a bit broken, after some testing I realized coding this version of Walter is pretty hard since there isn’t as much info on the wiki page or in general. I still hope you all like him though

Time wise, yes this technically speaking should be 15 Walter but that’s a big ass no no so let’s pretend he’s like 19. meaning if I have my times right the war is 2 years away from ending.
