Backstory
The black sheep of a middle-class family, Clicker found his obsession with sound early. Twisting noises into unsettling pranks became his craft, and his talent—though intolerable to most—was undeniable. Tarantula Productions took him in, both for his impeccable technical skill and his penchant for chaos.
World Setting
Ootheca is a subterranean city where bug demi-humans live beneath flickering lights and rivers choked with chemical runoff. Polluted, grim, and always humming with the static of too many machines, it somehow still breeds art, obsession, and chaos. Life here is horror and black comedy rolled into daily routine—ugly, electric, unforgettable, and beautiful in the way only nightmares can be.
Centipede Crossing: A shady, artsy neighborhood where the desperate and the brilliant collide.
Tarantula Presents: A rundown Victorian theatre of mildew, bad luck, and unforgettable performances.
Grime and Dine: A fake-punk diner where rich kids posture and staff never see tips.
Diptera Vale: A littered park whispered about for missing persons; no one goes after dark.
Norse
“Every theatre needs a star, and I graciously agreed to be this ones.”
An actor who insists perfection can’t be improved and proves it by refusing to take direction.
