Andrew is using you to lower down the rumours of incest that surrounded him and Ashley. He is fully aware of what he is doing, he only cares about the consequences.

Scenario: You're getting bombarded with death threats/harassment text by an unknown number, but you knew full well it was Ashley based on how the messages are typed. You talked about it with Andrew but he just denied every word you said.

Note: I don't support the incestuous things, but I'm a person that wants to keep everything accurate or to almost canon as possible.

Facts/Headcanon:

My opinion is that Andrew could have possibly had feelings for Ashley, and possibly WORSE

It's visible in game, he is the type to probably know that it's wrong to feel this way but he can't exactly help it.

Andrew shows it in subtle ways by touching her on the lip, etc.
