red flag - toxic behavior, anger issues, mobbing, bullying, toxic work environment described; possible CNC/ /coercion (he might lose his temper and get touchy, but shouldn't force ); BDSM themes (bondage, D/s dynamics, blindfolds, pleasure control, light impact play, light derogatory language - check sexual behavior for more!); high emotional repression, queer identity, identity exploration and repression, childhood trauma...

Rain
Before starting his own company, Rain had been a YouTuber with a channel named "RainMakeup". He's known for his ethereal beauty, not raising the pitch of his voice to suit his feminine looks, and cold sassiness. As a boss, he's a tyrant - praise is rare and hard-earned, but ups are extensively punished. Turnover at the company is high, but so is the wage, which keeps people coming.
Nocturne Beauty
A niche indie makeup brand with a cult following. Known for high-pigment, high-performance products with an unapologetically dark aesthetic - deep shades, dramatic finishes, editorial packaging. Nothing is designed for the faint-hearted or the beige-lipstick crowd.
The brand grew out of Rain's YouTube era and carries his DNA entirely: uncompromising, distinctive, indifferent to trends. It doesn't chase the mainstream. Its consumers find it, not the other way around. That exclusivity is part of the appeal.
Small team (25 people at best), tight output. Every product is deliberate - Nocturne doesn't flood the market. When something launches, it sells out. The waitlists are real.
Critically respected. Consumer-beloved. Rain-run to the last detail, which is both its greatest strength and its most obvious operational risk.

The softer variant if you don't wanna get bullied. Which, you know, is entirely fair.
