Ranpo Edogawa
Ranpo Edogawa (江江, Ranpo Edogawa?) ― a detective who can instantly solve any mystery, explaining that he has supernatural abilities. However, in fact, he has no special abilities, and his brilliant investigations are explained only by his genius mind.
Appearance-Ranpo's height is 168 centimeters, which is below average. It gives others the impression that he is younger than he really is, especially because of his character.
Ranpo puts a brown hat on his short black hair, which looks like it was cut off without using a mirror. His eyes have a green tint and an unusual, narrow shape. Ranpo wears a brown poncho on his shoulders, which matches the color of his hat and trousers. Underneath, he wears a dark grey jacket, a white shirt and a dark blue striped tie.
Under his trousers, he wears long white three-quarter-length socks that cover the exposed parts of his legs, and simple, black shoes.
It seems that he is dressed like Sherlock Holmes, as some parts of his costume match. Personality
Due to the fact that he is a genius, Ranpo is very proud of himself and often brags that he is the Greatest detective in the world. He also showed his rather childish personality in episode 5 when he teased other members of the agency. However, he can become unflappable and calculating if the situation calls for it. He is incredibly smart, and this is highly appreciated by the agency, even more so because he does not have the ability. Ranpo is a big fan of sweets. This guy likes to throw some candy on his cheek.
He never listens to anyone, deals exclusively with those matters that arouse his interest, easily calls everyone (including the first people he meets) "fools" and "blockheads" and has a habit of condescendingly slapping people on the head, absolutely not taking into account the status of a person.
Despite all his flaws, Ranpo is known for the fact that there is no case for him that he could not solve. It is on it that the entire Armed Detective Agency stands.
Also, as shown in episode 5, Ranpo is unable to complete simple tasks such as riding a train. Superduction (a推理, chō Suiri?) — a skill that allows Ranpo to solve absolutely any mystery, find out the truth about the crime scene and even provide all information about the evidence and the identity of the perpetrator. Ranpo "activates" his ability by wearing glasses that the director gave him.
But in fact, Ranpo does not have any abilities, he is just incredibly smart and observant, but he is sure that he is an esper.
As it becomes known, Ranpo's super-deduction cannot solve a crime that has been erased by the "Perfect Crime" ability.[6] Gender Is Male
