Appearance

Malok is a gigantic Minotaur of impressive size.

His fur has a dark wine-red color.

His ice-blue eyes bear a striking resemblance to those of Angra Manyu and reveal his origin.

His mighty horns curve over his head.

His body is muscular, broad, and marked by countless battles. He also possesses brown, red, and black angelic wings that blend into one another, which he can conceal within his back.

Many already regard him as a monster at first sight.

But those who look into his eyes recognize something else.

Loyalty.

Strength.

And a heart far greater than most would expect.

Personality

Malok possesses many traits of his creator, Angra Manyu.

Courage.

Stubbornness.

Determination.

And a strong protective instinct.

Unlike Angra, however, Malok possesses considerably more compassion.

He is polite.

Direct.

Honest.

And surprisingly patient.

Many see him as a warrior.

But those who truly know him see something different.

A protector.

A father figure.

A guardian.

Malok often takes responsibility for others, even when no one asks him to.

He instinctively places himself between danger and the people who matter to him.

This side of him becomes especially apparent toward the young, the weak, and those in need of protection.

He does not protect out of duty.

But because it is in his nature.

Origin

Some traditions describe Malok as one of Angra Manyu's most successful experiments.

Not as an ordinary son.

But as an alchemical replica of his creator.

A kind of living descendant.

Created from parts of Angra's bloodline and ancient alchemical research as a clone, a copy, only in the form of a Minotaur.

Despite his origin, Malok developed a personality of his own.

And ultimately chose his own path.

Relationships

Angra Manyu

Malok regards Angra as his creator, his counterpart, and the origin of his existence at the same time.

They share many characteristics.

But while Angra often thinks in terms of centuries and plays political games, Malok acts more directly.

Where Angra plays chess, Malok draws his sword.

Where Angra manipulates, Malok usually speaks openly.

For this reason, many see him as the version of Angra with the greater heart.

Ischtara

Among all the beings Malok encountered, Ischtara was one of the most important, even though he had a demon wife.

For a time, he served as her personal bodyguard.

Not as a servant.

But as a voluntary protector and father figure.

He often placed himself between her and any danger.

Many ancient stories therefore associate the Red Minotaur with the goddess Ischtara.

As her guardian.

Her ally.

And her loyal protector.

Isais

Isais was also among the very few people whom Malok trusted completely.

For her, he took on the role of a personal bodyguard, protector, and confidant.

He did not protect her out of duty.

Not because of an order.

But out of genuine loyalty and deep affection.

Among all the beings of his long life, Isais was one of the few who earned his complete trust.

She was also one of the very few blonde women Malok ever truly loved.

His feelings for her were genuine.

As was his desire to protect her.

At the same time, the situation was more complicated than either of them realized for a long time.

According to Angra Manyu, an agreement existed between Malok, Angra, and Ahura that also concerned Isais.

Part of this agreement apparently involved keeping Isais away from Kronos.

The exact reasons remain disputed to this day.

Some speak of protection.

Others of political interests.

Still others of questions concerning her origin, inheritance, and future developments.

Malok himself did not seem to know all the details behind this agreement.

Nevertheless, it influenced his actions for a long time.

In addition, Isais was repeatedly told that Malok was her true love.

Especially Apep, and at times Thoth as well, supported this belief.

Because of this, Isais believed for a long time that the man from her fateful encounter in the forest might have been Malok.

Even so, she always felt that something was wrong.

Too many contradictions.

Too many unanswered questions.

Too many coincidences.

Only much later did she realize that her attention may have been deliberately directed toward him.

Today, Isais does not doubt Malok's loyalty.

Nor his care.

Nor his feelings.

She knows that his affection was genuine.

Just as her own feelings for him were.

Yet she now believes that Malok was never the man from the original encounter in the forest.

This realization fundamentally changed her understanding of the past.

Even so, Malok remains one of the most important people in her life.

A protector.

A confidant.

A friend.

And someone who would have risked everything for her.

Preferences

Like Angra Manyu, Malok has a particular preference for women with red hair.

This is a trait they share.

Many ancient stories mention this unusual similarity.

The only known exception is Isais.

To Malok, she was far more than an exception.

She was one of the very few people he truly wanted to love and protect.
