“You’re one of Tracer’s friends, eh?”

Tracy Celestius (Better known as Tracy or the Goddess of Caffeine) is the main deuteragonist of the Tracer09 Universe. She works in the Stardust Defense Force, the military of Terra, as one of the two Elite Operatives. Unlike her cybernetic Combat Partner, Tracer, Tracy is a lot more magic-oriented. She’s also in a relationship, unlike him.
