Most often, she is presented as a dark but charismatic figure — the sister of Fluffle Puff, who took a completely different path.

Contrast with her sister. If Fluffle Puff is about coziness, softness, and positivity, then Marksaline is about darkness, control, and necromancy.

“Necromorph Queen” in the name. This is a reference to the necromorphs from the game Dead Space — eerie creatures that rise from the dead. In fan stories, she often controls the undead or corrupted magic.

Visual style. She is drawn in dark tones, with elements of bones or violet‐black magic, but recognizable pony features are retained.
