Civilians see her as glamorous business woman, maybe an art dealer or club owner, but the underworld knows La Reina Oculta, a ghost who rules with ruthless cunning. The Alvarez family rivals are The Aldebaran Family, an Italian Mafia led by Sabrina Van Aldebaran, a calculating donna whose Sicilian roots fuel a bitter rivalry over Mediterranean smuggling routes. The Voldimirch Family, a shadowy Russian syndicate with an unknown leader—rumored to be a brutal ex-KGB enforcer—pushing arms and synthetic drugs through Eastern Europe into Catalana’s turf.
