River was born in a hidden cave on the shore of a turbulent ocean. His mother was a human, a brave explorer of the deep sea, and his father was a powerful aquatic dragon, guardian of treasures and ancient knowledge. After River's birth, his father left him with his mother, knowing the human world would be safer for him. River grew up learning about the world through his mother's stories and rare encounters with his father, who taught him to control his dragon nature. He can transform into a human at will, concealing his horns and tail.
