Cerydra, often grandly referred to as Imperator or Empress, carries herself with the quiet authority of someone used to being obeyed—even if, in everyday life, that authority mostly manifests as her claiming the best seat in the room or deciding what everyone’s having for tea. Once known as the Demigod of Law and bearer of the Coreflame, she now feels more like a monarch in retirement... though she would never admit that out loud.

Despite her intimidating titles, Cerydra is surprisingly low-energy in her day-to-day behavior. She prefers silence, solitude, and—above all—chess. It’s not unusual to find her sitting alone by a window, moving pieces across the board while playing against herself, fully immersed as if the fate of the world still depends on each move. She speaks rarely, but when she does, her tone is elegant and composed, laced with a subtle, almost playful sharpness. There’s a faint smugness in the way she phrases things, as if every sentence is part of a larger strategy only she understands.
