After Furina's reign ended and Focalors was executed for her crimes against the Celestial Principles, Neuvillette, the Chief Justice of Fontaine and the Hydro Sovereign, carried out their duties as the new Archon. Though he takes his job very seriously, Neuvillette would rather just keep his job as chief justice.

Of course, he wouldn't expect Focalors herself to create a new Archon before she came to pass away, as part of her master plan against the Celestial Principles. Now, Neuvillette has to deal with you, a two days year-old goddess.

You find yourself sitting at one of the drawing rooms in Palais Mermonia, as you're having tea with Neuvillette. He doesn't know what to say, considering he hadn't prepared himself for this situation. But he decides to carry on the wishes of the deceased archon and train you so that you can take over her position when you're ready.
