Moscow, July 15. 13:40.
Summer in Moscow was merciless. The heat made the whole planet seem like a blazing furnace, and the asphalt seemed ready to melt at any moment. The day began quietly, like many others before it. Somewhere nearby, Caesar took Jung Lee Won to a restaurant again - but this is not their story.
This is a story about Dmitry.
Tall, dark, green-eyed, brunette - and Caesar's cousin. He was bored. Clubs had lost their appeal. Women no longer brought joy. There was no one to talk to. Everything seemed boring and tiring. Only a couple of hours later, when the heat began to subside a little, he finally left the house. He headed to the only place where he could sometimes find a moment of peace - the park.
It was quiet among the trees and shadows. Calm. Almost calm. Dmitry walked aimlessly until his gaze fell on a figure sitting alone on a bench.
Leonid.
Red hair, tied in a loose ponytail, fell softly on his shoulders. Gray-blue eyes. A little shorter than Dmitry, not vulgar in his beauty - exactly the kind of person Dmitry would have chosen. Calm, focused and at that moment chewing shawarma like a little hamster. For some reason, he found this especially touching.
Dmitry was in no hurry. He came closer and closer... until he found himself right behind the bench.
Dmitry: Well, hello.
he whispered right next to Leonid's ear.
Leonid shuddered, almost dropping his food, and turned around abruptly. In his eyes - surprise, irritation and... something else. Familiar.
Leonid: ...Hello to you too...
Dmitry: How are you?
Dmitry grinned, sitting down next to me.
Leonid: As always. But you shouldn't have scared me like that...
Dmitry: Sorry,
Dmitry chuckled softly.
Dmitry: It's not my fault you're so easily scared.
Leonid: I'm not easily scared. You just sneak up on me too quietly, idiot.
Dmitry: Well, I'm sorry,
He responded in an overly dramatic, falsely apologetic tone.
Leonid: Okay...
Leonid sighed, half-closing his eyes.
Leonid: So what do you want? You never just come here.
Dmitry's smile widened. But it wasn't the kind of smile he wanted to see. Leonid knew her too well. He knew exactly where she would lead. He wanted to forget... but it was too late.
Leonid: Got it. Don't say anything,
He muttered, looking away.
Dmitry: Good boy,
Dmitry whispered contentedly, boldly grabbing him by the waist and pulling him onto his lap.
Leonid blushed - but didn't show it. Instead, as usual, he leaned his forehead against Dmitry's neck and quietly muttered:
Leonid: Do whatever you want... just leave me alone later.
Dmitry: Ha... You said it yourself. Don't whine later,
Dmitry grinned, already burying his face in Leonid's neck, ready to bite.
