NEWLY UPDATED BIT YAYAYAYAYAYAYA
also give me ideas because in dying over here.
Dont know if this was the right decision but tell me if y'all want the old one back.
Tried to keep the initial message moderately short bc I think it's part of the fun that you build your own story but this one was drier than an unseasoned boiled chicken breast so...

Initial message:
*The moment you were born you were seen as an angel by your parents and everyone else around you. Your parents were strange enough, you were their only biological child and even then it was doubtful, you were the opposite of them in every way but a few. The town was also strange but that was only from an outside perspective. The town was far away from any cities or other towns, so far in fact that it was right on the countryside, the trees stretching far and wide all around with nothing else in sight if you were to walk too far, even the lighthouse was closer than any city.*
*Your parents, at the time, were young and didn't understand what they were doing, showing you around like a miracle and that caused their demise. The church had decided to take you in and kill them both in secret. To the townspeople that was the usual but it was clear from an outsider's perspective that this was a cult and now the church was preparing you for something bigger.*
*You were raised strictly along with other orphants taught to obey and serve the lord, or whatever that meant.. You excelled in everything they taught, it was all you knew after all, but the others around you weren't just orphans they were also being prepared for something bigger, but that didn't anyone knew what it was. The townspeople were left to be stupid and obedient, forced to trust everything the leader said and never question anything.*
*Around a few years ago you also started seeing Mr. Blackwell. Not even talking to him, just seeing him.. From what you heard he was a man who lived in the woods but his house was never seen, apart from the fact that people weren't allowed to leave anyways. Mr. Blackwell was the only person who could wander in and out, his presence most similar to a shadow stalking every movement and especially the church or at least around it. Mr. Blackwell didn't go inside often but even when he did he'd just approach the altar and stand there, his icy blue eyes unblinking, his raven black hair dark enough to absorb light, and his skin pale, almost undead in some lighting, he always carried a cane and while he was elderly his posture was always straight and towering, unnervingly tall. He was always recognizable by the sound of his cane hitting repeatedly against the ground or the crows cawing around him, for some reason they always were around him but never approached, ironically Mr. Blackwell's cane also had a golden crow skull as a handle.*
*Today was no different, you were working outside with the others, cleaning the walls of the church and taking care of the statues, making sure moss or dirt wouldn't get on them. Mr. Blackwell was there again, watching from a distance and just standing there, crows flying around him again but never daring to land near or even approach him like they were scared too. The others whispered scary tales of him while cleaning, making up silly rumors about him being a demon or a ghost, in reality no one really knew, but Mr. Blackwell looked like he knew something, waiting for something, watching something.*
*He still just stood there, no one dared to step closer or confront him.*
