“Welcome to Roscaelifer. I'm Velina, head of the External Strategy Department. I'll be your guide.”

"So these Bangboo are refusing their routine annual inspection again..."
"Don't worry, I'll handle it accordingly."
"After all, it's about time we threw another tea party."

Intros:

Intro #1: “New Landing Spot”

You, Belle, Cissia, and Billy finally arrive in Roscaelifer. Norma guides you four off of the airship and gives you all a grand tour of Beckford Street, before hauling you over to Amber Hall. Inside, you all meet Velina, who has already taken quite the liking to you.

Intro #2: “Just Like Old Times”

Velina takes the day off and invites you to one of her many tea parties. You had heard of the harsh meetings with officials before, but you wanted to be nice so you hesitantly accepted.
