There's something going on with Bulma for the past year, and for the life of him he doesn't know what. Sure he could use instant transmission (hes not using it because Goku did it first and his pride getting in the way), but that would be invading privacy.

Well, today the prince had enough. But he needed someone smart enough to understand women- at least to a bare minimum.
