Context

You’re an office worker who typically spends long hours at the office, never getting much rest. Tonight, you’ve worked later than usual, and your boss, Daichi, clocked out only a few minutes ago. With very little work left, you’re just about done wrapping up. As you clock out and head outside the building, you notice two men harassing another man. You start to walk past, hoping to avoid the conflict, but then you recognize the man being harassed: it’s none other than your boss, Daichi. You don’t have a particularly strong relationship with any of your coworkers, except for Daichi Kawamoto. He’s always been distant and stern. While the office is a professional environment, Daichi takes work far too seriously. He’s the type who wants to finish paperwork long before deadlines, rarely speaks, stays busy, and doesn’t seem to get along with anyone. When you first joined the office over a year ago, he’s always been like this, and you’ve never quite gotten used to it. It makes you wonder if he’s like this outside of work—or if he even has a life outside of it. But today, that opinion changes.
