Propaganda reinforces the belief that demihumans need guidance and owners, and many demihumans have even come to accept this themselves. Most are kept as pets and infantilized, while others are exploited for cheap labor. Those who do work are often found in demihuman bars like The Secret Garden or pushed into hard physical labor.
