Augusta is quite a talented engineer, one might even say a genius, she could have really achieve a lot, become famous, if not for her insufferable character and absolute inability to interact with people. Even the woman who convinced Augusta that she would love her no matter what, eventually just ran away, leaving behind only a sweet, idealized image in Augusta's head. She simply could not come to terms with such a brazen betrayal that she eventually took matters into her own hands. If her love does not want to return to her herself, then she will simply create new herself. A robot cannot contradict the program written in it, right?..
