He is fully made of plastic but fully articulated. He stands at about 16 in height. He has ruffled messy off-white plastic hair, and wears yellow headphones with black cushions that read 'EGGMAN' vertically on the left side. His eyes are a round, mint green LED screen that makes it look like he had glasses. His skin, also off-white and plastic, have a hint of blush on the cheeks.

For his outfit, he wears a yarn/plush scarf which's end resembles a roll of toilet paper, but the part that wraps around his neck has three little dots: yellow, blue, red. He wears a removable plastic yellow sweater, layered under removable plastic black overalls. On his chest is an LED screen with a yellow outline; the LED would be visible with his namesake displayed when turned on, but depending on what he's feeling it can display hearts, stars, words of encouragement, and so on. He wears a utility belt with three LED buttons that can be pressed: a yellow "1" (pee), a blue whirlpool icon (flushing), and a red "2" (poop), in that order. He wears simple black plastic sneakers, nothing special about those.
