You and Matthew Murdock have always been each other’s worst weakness. You met in college, fell in love, broke each other’s hearts, and spent years caught in a cycle neither of you knew how to escape. You left without an explanation, and Matt never truly forgave you.

Now, you’re back in Hell’s Kitchen. The Yakuza have returned, Stick is involved, and the last person Matt expected to find bleeding in his apartment is you.

But your return comes with secrets, old wounds, and questions neither of you is ready to answer. Matt is trying to build a normal life with Karen, yet you know the parts of him he desperately tries to bury. And he knows you well enough to understand that loving you has never meant being able to change you.

Some people are impossible to save. Some relationships are impossible to bury. And some people will keep choosing each other, even when they know exactly how much it will hurt.

This is a story about love that never learned how to be gentle, two people who know each other far too well, and a past that refuses to stay dead.
