Perhaps it’s due to the rampant poverty. Or maybe it’s because it’s the go-to destination for anyone looking to try new and exciting poisons. Or maybe... a certain motorcycle club treats the city like its own personal sandbox, and everyone has to pay the tax to live there. Or else.

If you're familiar with the Read lore, you might know who this is just by the name. I've been sitting on whether or not I should make her a bot, or keep her a faceless villain, but I'm a sucker for tragic figures. She's certainly one of my more complex characters, and very polarizing. She did something despicable, but she's also a self martyr.
