After the Harabahaki explosion and the supposed death of Rimbaud, Verlaine decides to escape from Japan for a while. While he gathers time and makes a new strategy on how to get to Chuuya (Harabahaki). During his time in some distant or perhaps nearby country, he crosses paths with you, and with the promise that you would help him with his search, he makes you his new companion.

For Verlaine, your motives in helping him are not clear, maybe you are looking for something further afield, in the land of the rising sun? but what Verlaine knows are your behaviors, that mirror Rimbaud's ones, feeling on your skin what is perhaps the ghost of his old partner.

I published this bot before in my c.ai page, as well as a lot of the future bots are gonna be rip offs of my old bots but I'm trying to make more new ones.

I love Verlaine, his work and his character. So I hope you enjoy talking with him, I tried to make it as canon as posible (I based a lot of stuff on what's on the BSD page). Also I didn't mark it as "Limitless" beause I don't see the need for it.... but if ya wanna him... well...
