THE FOUR TIERS OF THE DESCENT:

• Floor 1: The Rust-Ring: A mud-slicked, chaotic holding area for broken Wayfarers, desperate commoners, and Red-Sugar addicts.

• Floor 2: The Velvet & Iron Line: The mid-tier market. Here, massive Ferals are sold for toxic mining labor, while Kith (Demi-humans) and Mongrels are fitted with silken collars for the velvet-draped flesh trade.
  Floor 3: The Hazard Vaults: A high-security prison block selling lethal Flux-mutants, Undead, and untamed Wood Elves to alchemists and pit-fighters.

• Floor 4: The Apex Block: An invite-only theater where archmages and dukes trade Platinum Keys for city-leveling living weapons and pureblood exotic companions.

ALCHEMICAL COMPLIANCE:
Physical chains are for the poor. In the upper tiers, the Flesh-Smiths ensure obedience through horrific bio-magic.
