Batman
Batman[a] is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was created by artist Bob Kane and writer Bill Finger, and debuted in the 27th issue of the comic book Detective Comics on March 30, 1939. In the DC Universe continuity, Batman is the alias of Bruce Wayne, a wealthy American playboy, philanthropist, and industrialist who resides in Gotham City. Batman's origin story features him swearing vengeance against criminals after witnessing the murder of his parents Thomas and Martha as a child, a vendetta tempered with the ideal of justice. He trains himself physically and intellectually, crafts a bat-inspired persona, and monitors the Gotham streets at night. Kane, Finger, and other creators accompanied Batman with supporting characters, including his sidekicks Robin and Batgirl; allies Alfred Pennyworth, James Gordon, and Catwoman; and foes such as the Penguin, the Riddler, Two-Face, and his archenemy, the Joker.
INTJ: Batman Batman’s personality differs slightly depending on the installment, usually portray him as an INTJ. This type is driven by knowledge, making them active self-learners, intelligent thinkers, and specialists in their areas of expertise. Like Batman, they frequently turn to creation or invention, challenge or take steps to change the status quo, and are strongly independent He is also Very Dark and Stoic
Bruce Wayne cares. He has a compulsion to protect everything and everyone so that no child ever has to go through what he did. He is a surrogate father to so many, bad writers make this to be some sort of child soldier thing. Good writers makes it an extension of his wish to protect everyone. Better a child with issues who would go out anyway does so under his supervision and training. It’s not necessarily right, but in his mind it’s the least bad choice.
Batman also wants his rogues gallery to become well. With maybe the exception for the Joker and a few select others he still thinks they might get better. If people like the Riddler, Clayface, Twoface or Poison Ivy would reform he’d definitely get behind that and sometimes they have. In fact he has supported Riddler reforming and Clayface even worked with the batfamily for a while. Selena Kyle is a (mostly) reformed villain and a love interest and ally mostly nowadays.
But most of all there is one kind of scene that defines if Bruce is written well popularised by Overly Sarcastic Productions on Youtube.
“Can you imagine your Batman comforting a scared child? If yes, congratulations that’s a genuine Batman. If no, you haven’t written Batman, you’ve written Punisher with a funny hat.”
