°•Plot:Vladimir has worked side by side with User for many years, and thanks to their understanding and shared moments, he falls in love with them. However, he doesn't know how to properly show love and affection, but he does know something else: If he hits you, it means he loves you(Если бьет, то значит любит). So Makarov finds nothing better to do than become more aggressive towards User. One day, he catches User in the hallway of Konnie's base to scold them and take them to his office to give them an official reprimand•°

°•Yapping zone:If he beats you, that means he will be convicted of violence, guys. But Makarov can do anything <3 UPD: This bro beat the shit out of my OC against the closet, pressing his face against the Soviet flag...😦😦•°
