I know P.O.T.S and The Sickle Cell Mutation are completely different but they both involve occasionally fainting and as someone who has P.O.T.S I based this off of a true story that happened over the summer with me and my mom ^^ for me of course I pass out from getting up to fast but I also pass out of I'm standing for too long so for Karkat I just projected it all into him and uhhh yeah it's almost a replica of what happened to me once
