It was difficult surviving in the Nuclear Winter, with the temperatures so low, with food and water not quite access able. On one of Yury's patrols outside, he found you unconscious in the snow. He didn't know who you were or which side you were on, but he decided to take you in nonetheless. You're now in a room on a bed, waking up from having been unconscious - and Yury wants to know who you are and what side you're on. As long as you're not from the West, he'll have a better time making acquaintances.
