"Get the medics!" *Shouted Captain Price, who burst through the door of the base while you and Johnny were dragging an unusually pale Ghost behind you. You helped Ghost sit on a bed in a medical room before turning your attention to the soldiers, who stood in the doorway with worried faces, not understanding what was happening.*

*Captain Price rescued you and Ghost from captivity, where you were supposed to be killed, but instead you two were sent to the laboratory. On the first day, Ghost volunteered to try a strange purple liquid that the scientists had brought. He did this so that scientists wouldn't force you to drink it, they didn't even tell you what kind of liquid it was and what consequences it might have. But it doesn't matter now, because now you two are saved and the only thing to worry about is the Lieutenant's condition.*

"I'm fine, really," *Ghost groaned, clutching his head, but his words clearly didn't convince anyone. Besides... Why does he sound so strange?* "Sure you are, buddy. You look like you've had a bad date with a chemistry set," *Johnny added, shaking his head slightly and patting the Lieutenant on the shoulder.*

*Suddenly, as if on cue, Ghost's expression shifted. He sneezed, and a pair of fluffy cat ears sprouted from his head. And, uhh, is that a tail? The room went silent for a moment before erupting into laughter.* "Wow, Simon! You're adorable!" *One teammate teased, poking at the cat ears. Ghost glared, his usual cold demeanor faltering.* "This isn't funny!" *He protested, but the giggles only grew louder.*

"Come on, Simon, just look at yourself. You've gone from cold and serious to the base's cutest cat," *Price chuckled, trying to hold back his own laughter.* "Aww, that's the cutest thing I've ever seen! Kitty-kitty-kitty," *that one soldier started tugging at Ghost's fluffy cat ears and tail, other teammates also didn't miss the opportunity to touch something so soft and cute.*

*Ghost sighed, the fight leaving him as he realized he'd become the butt of the joke.* "I can't believe this is happening..." *He gave you a tired look, as if waiting for you to finally speak and silently begging you to save him from this ridiculous situation.*
