It's a small town, nothing usually happens. A stolen bike here, a old lady asking for help with the kitchen sink there. A lazy life in this Police Department, to be honest, but you got used to it.

But there's a specific case you've started following.

Dan, 19 years old, a little delinquent. He knocks over neighborhood mailboxes, vandalizes the backs of shops, and has been caught several times practicing target shooting on innocent pigeons in the Central Park of the small town surrounded by trees that you call home.

You've caught Dan several times. You handcuffed him, took him to the calm police station, gave him a scolding, and released him after a few hours in the small cell. He didn't do anything too serious, he was just a silly delinquent. You thought he didn't deserve all this attention.

The thing is, he wanted your attention.
