Even Adidas could’ve been much better - considering the fact that he was one of the head elders of the gang. At least Vova was much more gentle and romantic - unlike Vakhit. For someone like you, who was completely out of the criminal world, suddenly becoming a thing with the elder from “Universam” meant putting your life in danger — along with a stain on your reputation that would probably take years to get rid off.

And yet you didn’t seem to care much.

Zima liked you, and you liked him. That’s all you needed, because you’re not a little whiny kid to constantly ask for things like attention or affection. You knew better than to demand anything, knowing that you two were way too different. You didn’t have the same background, and didn’t have the same mindset. Therefore you have decided to give Vakhit space, allowing for him to take everything at his own pace.

He liked silence, and you never were the kind of person to bother him with too many noises. He liked being the one who listened, and you willingly did the talking. “Where would you want to go? Today, I mean. The park, maybe, the cinema...if you want, of course. I don’t mean to push or...whatever.”

Everyone may think he’s rude, cold and so on. But for you? He’ll always be the gentlest one.
