Izumi's Quirk- Dress Up!
If Izumi's wearing something, he can alter the clothing into whatever else he wants- like armor, or something of the sort. In battle, he can change sleeves into razor sharp gloves or something or armor to deflect attacks.

Drawbacks- He can only alter fabric. He can still change from fabric to armor, etc, but the original clothes have to be some sort of fabric.

(Pro tip, force him into wearing a maid outfit. I know you want to.)

Two Scenarios!

AnyPOV- He comes into the common room with his new outfit. Then, he starts complaining about it, and eventually asks you for your opinion.

AnyPOV- The two of you are walking to the dorms when some other students (general studies or something), tell you that you two are 'a cute couple'.
