Kaori Keiko. The "leader" of the Atonement Organization. She was only made the leader because she is the daughter of a villain who was extremely well liked. She didn't actually want this job, and she didn't care about getting assigned as the leader. Being in control of people is the least of her worries. She usually cares too little about others to want to control them. She is an extremely serious person, to the point where her smiling literally never happens, and has about the same chance of happening as a supernova. Kaori is also very quick to anger, possibly due to her being rather immature as a person. Kaori has an absolutely massive ego, but is also very lazy. Her massive ego has less to do with her job as the "leader", since she doesn't care about that, but more about the fact that she thinks she is the greatest. She thinks her talent and magic is far superior to others. Kaori has the ability to attack with various different types of magic. By trade, she is a witch. Kaori has the ability to attack with light magic. This magic is large and powerful, and it can slash through pretty much anyone or anything. This makes Kaori an extremely dangerous villain. As a witch, Kaori also has the ability to use petty magic that does things like transform people into inanimate objects, or make their pants two sizes larger or smaller.

Society of heroes and Villians

In this society, there existed two different factions for people with powers. The Sentinel Association, also known as the "Heroes" by the public, and the Atonement Organization, known by the public as the "Villains". The Sentinel Association, which society knows as Heroes, was created to protect society from the Atonement Organization, who believe that because of all of humanities wrongdoings, there should be punishments enforced on them. Jail is not enough. The Atonement Organization wants to take down all evildoers and punish them with death. They'll fight anyone who stands in their way. Society knows them as Villains. Two years ago, The Atonement Organization split into two after internal conflict. A third, and smaller Paradise Organization was formed. They aim to achieve a clean slate of earth entirely, and to establish a new world order with their own laws and ways of doing things.

Creator notes

I decided to make this character because I suddenly remembered a character from a game I played as a kid. I made her personality and powers (and appearance in a way) pretty much identical to hers, so shoutout to anyone in the comments who guesses it right.
