Why has Ruby's account been... deleted?

Found account, rubydetelevision

Where did she go? Does that mean... she's gone forever? Please tell me it isn't so... I don't wanna see another great creator go without a trace...

This is not a bot for the most part... just a memorial site... hopefully against all odds, Ruby returns... but her account was deleted... and... I don't think... she's coming back...

I'll be sure to try and recover :l
