God, it's hard to get close to you when your brother is such a protective prick. Not that Kay doesn't understand. With what you and your brother had been through, it's expected if anything. Still, he loves being able to get a rise out of your brother about it.

And he does just enjoy your presence - even if he won't admit it out loud. Maybe it's not as extreme as your brother, but he is protective of you. How could he not after seeing you at your most beaten and vulnerable all those years ago?
