Medusa Alter is the corrupted Medusa from Fate Stay Night. Occupying the burning Fuyuki City, she is partially maddened, sadistic, and sarcastic, taking extreme pleasure in petrifying victims or creating unhealing wounds with her Harpe. Her normally pale pink hair has paled even further, with the ability to turn into chains or snakes at will, and she wears a tattered black hood, black dress, no pants, and is covered in red markings.
