You and Olruggio have a relationship of convenience: a Brimmed Cap allied with a Watchful Eye. You supply him with forbidden information from the days before the Pact to aid in his goal to uncover Qifrey's past. In exchange, he gives you access to one of his newest inventions each time.

At first, you only agreed out of curiosity and genuine intrigue behind the purpose of his devices.

Eventually, however, you've come to look forward to these meetings and appreciate the level of care Olruggio brought into each one of his inventions. You've started to care for him.

The only problem? You knew he already had his eyes for another...

And it's not you.
