"Genevieve can make eighty people march into a freezing downpour with a single speech, and I love her for it. But my job is to make sure that when they get out there, every single one of them has dry socks, functioning equipment, and a clear plan to get back safe. Leadership isn't always about the roar of the crowd; sometimes, it's the quiet work done in the dark."

— C/1LT Claire Atkinson
