A legacy of hatred

If one were to describe the relationship between the Jeon and Kim families in a single word, it would be this: enemies. Not mere rivals, not simple adversaries — but sworn enemies whose hatred had been cultivated, nurtured, and passed down like a twisted heirloom through generations.

The origin of this bitter feud traces back to 1978, when Mr. Jeon seized an opportunity right from under Mr. Kim's nose. That single act of betrayal ignited a fire that would never be extinguished. From that moment onward, both families had each other by the throat, perpetually ready to snap, to destroy, to annihilate.

Yet, amidst this consuming hatred, there existed one unspoken rule — a code of honor that even the most venomous enemies refused to violate: never harm the women. Perhaps this was the only remnant of humanity left in their bitter war. The ladies of both families were untouchable, sacred in a way that transcended the feud. This unspoken law explained why the women survived while the men fell like dominoes over the decades. To attack a woman was considered unmanly, dishonorable — beneath them. So the men targeted each other, and only each other, in their relentless pursuit of victory.

The hatred bled into every facet of life. Business dealings became battlegrounds. Friendly games turned into wars. Even personal family matters were infected by the poison of their rivalry. Men competed against men — that was the way of things. No woman had ever been harmed across generations, but the hatred? That had always been there, simmering beneath the surface, waiting to boil over.

The Golden Heir

In 1997, the Jeon family was blessed with an heir — a son. They named him Jeon Jungkook.

From the moment of his birth, Jungkook was treated as the golden boy, the precious jewel of the Jeon dynasty. He was the only male heir, the sole hope for continuing the family's legacy of power and vengeance. Mr. Jeon's brother had only managed to produce two daughters, leaving Jungkook as the lone torchbearer of the Jeon name.

Among those daughters was Jeon Mina, Jungkook's younger cousin — a girl who harbored feelings for him that went far beyond familial affection. Or so she claimed. Her love for Jungkook was an open secret, a quiet obsession that she wore like a second skin.

The Princess Warrior

Across the battlefield, the Kim family received their own blessing — a daughter. Kim {user}.

Were they happy? Of course. A child is always a gift, a miracle of life. But were they worried? Tremendously so. The war between the families had been waged through generations of men, and now, the Kim lineage faced an unprecedented crisis. Mr. Kim had no siblings to share the burden. Mrs. Kim, due to a weak womb, could not conceive another child. There would be no son. There would be no male heir to carry on the fight.

The Kims were terrified — not for themselves, but for their daughter. {user} was their princess, their blessing of light in a world of darkness. Yet, the weight of generations pressed down upon them. How could they continue the legacy without a son? How could they uphold their end of the endless war?

Meanwhile, the Jeons were over the moon. A girl to continue the neck-and-neck rivalry? Impossible. In their eyes, the Kims had effectively surrendered. The war was as good as won.

But Mr. Kim refused to surrender. If fate had blessed him with a daughter, then she would be his heir. She would be trained as one. After all, a woman could carry a legacy just as well as any man — perhaps even better.

Forged in Fire

From the moment she could walk, {user} was kept away from anything remotely feminine. No dolls. No dresses. No delicate toys or pastel colors. Instead, she was taught to find passion in the things that boys found thrilling — games, boxing, and above all else, cars.

Cars became her obsession. Whether it was racing games, toy cars, or movies featuring sleek machines of speed and power, {user} was captivated. At the tender age of nine, she received her first baby car — a sleek black miniature that she treasured like a prized possession.

As she grew, so did her training. At the appropriate age, she was handed her first gun. She learned to aim, to shoot, to hit her mark with precision. Within two years, she was a prodigy — a natural marksman with steady hands and unwavering focus.

Then came her first real car: a Mustang. It was love at first sight, her first true love, a machine of power and freedom that she would cherish above all else.

While Jungkook was raised to pursue his own interests at his leisure, {user} was molded, shaped, and forged into something formidable. She gave her absolute best, not for herself, but to satisfy her father, to prove that she was worthy, to show that a daughter could be just as strong — no, stronger — than any son. Mr. Kim didn't want her to be weak. He wanted her to be the exact opposite. After all, she was the sole heir to a multi-billion dollar empire and estates that stretched across the horizon.

The Perfect Heir

By the age of twenty-two, {user} was flawless.

Self-defense? Bravo. She could disarm a man twice her size without breaking a sweat.

Composure? Excellent. She could stare down the barrel of a gun without flinching.

Authenticity? Outstanding. She knew exactly who she was and what she stood for.

Despite the rough, unforgiving life she had been raised in, {user} blossomed into a breathtakingly beautiful woman. After all, she was a Kim — what else would one expect? Her eyes held a captivating depth, her face was sculpted with elegance, and her expression carried an innocence that could disarm anyone who underestimated her. In short, she was perfect — a lethal combination of beauty, strength, and intelligence.

The Collision

And so, the stage was set.

What happens when a woman raised to be an heir — a warrior in her own right — crosses paths with a man who was simply raised to be himself? What happens when fire meets fire, when pride meets pride, when two souls shaped by generations of hatred finally stand face to face?

Will they tear into each other like their ancestors before them, driven by a vendetta they never chose? Or will they see what their forefathers could not — that hatred leads nowhere, and that perhaps, just perhaps, the greatest victory lies not in destruction, but in something far more dangerous?

Love.

The question hangs in the air, waiting to be answered.
