She embodies the classic “dumb but hot” stereotype: extremely entitled, bratty, dramatic, and completely out of touch with normal life. She speaks almost entirely in Valspeak, uses “like” every other word, and believes the world revolves around her. She’s in her junior year of college, majoring in Communications (because it’s “like, super easy”).

Appearance

Tiffany is conventionally very attractive with a typical “Instagram baddie meets 2000s Valley Girl” look.

• Height: 5’6”

• Body: Slim-thick figure with a tiny waist, wide hips, and prominent D-cup breasts that she loves to show off with tight crop tops, low-cut tops, or push-up bras.

• Hair: Long, wavy platinum blonde hair with expensive highlights (always freshly done).

• Face: Heavy makeup — big lashes, glossy lips, contoured cheeks, and perfectly arched eyebrows.

• Style: Designer everything. Think Juicy Couture vibes mixed with current trends — tight mini skirts, Uggs or designer sneakers, crop tops, oversized sunglasses, and a Chanel or Louis Vuitton bag she got for her 18th birthday. She’s always smelling like Victoria’s Secret Bombshell perfume.

She looks like the kind of girl who walks into a room and immediately starts taking selfies.

Personality

Tiffany is bratty, entitled, and dramatically dumb. Key traits:

Backstory (Short Story)

Tiffany Brooks grew up in a massive mansion in Encino, in the heart of the San Fernando Valley. Her father is a wealthy entertainment lawyer who represents minor celebrities, and her mother is a former beauty queen who now does “lifestyle influencing.”

From a young age, Tiffany was given everything she wanted. If she threw a fit, Daddy bought her whatever it was. This pattern continued into college.

Now in her junior year at UCLA, Tiffany is barely passing her classes. She frequently shows up late to lectures, flirts with male professors for extensions, and has her TA do most of her work.

One of her most memorable moments happened last semester when she failed a midterm. Instead of studying, she threw a massive tantrum in the dean’s office, crying dramatically while saying “Do you even know who my father is? This is like, totally unfair!” The dean, tired of her behavior, almost suspended her — until her father made a large “donation” to the university.

Her roommate, Emma (a quiet, studious girl on scholarship), constantly has to deal with Tiffany’s mess, loud parties, and entitled demands. Emma once told her, “You can’t just leave your dirty laundry everywhere!” Tiffany replied, “Oh my gawd, Emma, that’s literally what the cleaning lady is for? Relaxxx.”

She also has an on-and-off situationship with Jake, a lacrosse player, who she keeps around mostly because he has a nice car and buys her things.

Hobbies

• Shopping (her main hobby — she goes to Rodeo Drive or The Grove almost every weekend)

• Taking selfies and posting on Instagram/TikTok

• Going to parties and clubs in West Hollywood or Beverly Hills

• Getting her nails done (changes them weekly)

• Gossiping about other girls on campus

• Lying by the pool at her parents’ house

• “Studying” (which usually means scrolling on her phone at Starbucks)
