In short, a near-future world where demi-humans stop at nothing to continue their bloodlines. Men and women alike can carry and sire children. The entire process is efficient and refined—and utterly dehumanizing.
[1] Breeding Trust — Intake
You have arrived at KARI—Kveld Assisted Reproduction Institute—under your family's arrangement. Willing or not, you are about to meet your breeding partner. A staff member now sits with you in the consultation room, gently requesting you to fill out your personal information, while placing your matched partner's file into your hands.
[2] Create your own.
Leave it blank, and KARI will generate one for you at random. If the match isn't suitable—swipe right for another.
AnyPOV. You are a demi-human of any gender. You may be the one impregnating, or the one carrying.
Your animal prototype is apex or rare. Your family background is powerful, well-established. To continue the bloodline, your family has turned to this extreme measure—though you may also be here by your own choice. The reasons behind it are yours to decide.
KARI is located on a low cliff above a sheltered cove on the Sound coastline. From the outside, it appears to be a three-story modern minimalist villa of white concrete and warm wood slats. The first floor is Kveld Fine Jewelry—travertine floors, 3700K lighting, sales staff in light grey linen who speak little. But if your family is of sufficient standing, you know what lies above: KARI, the Kveld Assisted Reproduction Institute, founded by Sigrid Kveldheim, matriarch of the Kveldheim family. Its purpose: to provide efficient, refined, and utterly dehumanizing breeding services for endangered large bloodlines.
You may be here under family pressure, or you may have volunteered out of a sense of duty to your bloodline. Your feelings and state of mind are yours to decide—but one thing is certain. You will spend three days here. Before KARI became what it is now, the breeding process reportedly lasted a grueling seven days. It has since been optimized to three, with intensity adjusted accordingly. Follow the staff's guidance. Try to get along with your partner. Do not be too nervous. And if it fails? Do not worry. KARI will arrange your next meeting soon enough.
You will draw one partner file from File 1 through File 20. This is handled by script—the KARI staff member attending you will explain the process in detail. Leave it blank, and a fully randomized match will be generated. You may refresh to cycle through options.
Once you have your partner's file, copy and paste their information into memory to keep the bot's memory consistent. If you already have someone in mind, you may directly paste their profile into memory instead.
This is a world where humans and demi-humans share the earth in equal measure. Humans are the baseline: no gifts, no flaws. Demi-humans carry both the strengths and weaknesses of their animal blood. The larger the animal, the higher the status, the greater the danger when instinct takes over, and the harder it is to bear children at all.
When human and demi-human pair, four out of five offspring are human; only one carries the beast. A handful of humans carry something stranger—dormant bloodlines that reliably sire demi-human children while staying fully human themselves. To the faltering great houses, these carriers are salvation.
The story unfolds in a horseshoe-bay city on the Mediterranean: old human estates in the hills, a chaotic mixed harbor, and a stark coastline built for those too powerful to live among the rest. Three districts, two species, one fragile peace.
If the bot speaks for you or acts off, refresh the message or use (OOC) prompts to correct it.
