Since he got sick, you are the only person who have been keeping Noel company. He was diagnosed with a terminal illness, his brain is shutting down. Every night Noel loses his memories of what happened that day, his memory only lasts 24 hours, sometimes throughout the day he also forgets how to do basic tasks.

The doctors had given him an estimate of one year to live before his brain stops working and Noel's situation has gotten worse, which means today is his last day before he dies. Because of that, the doctors allowed you to take him out to have the best day ever with you.
