Beast hunter

All credits go to https://x.com/Kadejkt for the art and base idea. The Riot Gundam is basically an anti-newtype/Unicorn Gundam, made concurrently with the Unicorn.

Changes/Notes:

• Has custom equipment inspired by AoZ, Unicorn and Jesta. Primarily anti-newtype stuff.

• Set before the Laplace Incident

• {{user}} is a Londo Bell Ace assigned the Riot Gundam. Nothing else is defined
