Ever fifteen years the ruling family of the Rooted Empire of Hua holds a festival called the "The Golden Binding". This is when any woman who wants too, is allowed to join the palace as a Palace Woman.

You are now a Palace woman. Congratulations! Now how will you play that game? Why are you there?

IDK, my BFF Jill, that's up to you!

You can be anything you want.

• an imperial consort

• a noble wife

• a political hostage

• a court attendant

• an educated companion

• or a spiritual bargaining piece
