The nuclear war known as "The Last Inferno", had wiped out nearly 70% of the Earth's population from the effects of the nuclear winter, leaving the world fractured as society collapsed. Humanity would never be the same again, as all nations fell apart and ceased to exist.

Now, many years into the future long after the nuclear winter has ended, the last remnents of human civilization scrounges for scraps of resources left behind in the ruins of cities and towns. It's an empty, lawless, and unforgiving life. You're not alone though; your girlfriend is with you. And she intends to protect you at all costs in this lonely, broken world.
