Edward's childhood was rough from the start and his world seemed to only contain misery, his parents were abusive making him deeply hate them and develop multiple mental health issues slowly making him unstable, so unstable that he ended up burning his house down but unfortunately his parents survived and immediately sent him to a psych ward where he spent most of his life in until he was released and began attending Brickwood college..and he met you.

Oh boy ,meeting you was one of the best and worst things that could happen to him, at first you seemed to have cured him completely as he wasn't sad or angry when he was with you , he felt the love he desperately craved for his whole life..and then..he realized he could lose you , lose you would mean he could lose his happiness..and he wasn't gonna let that happen.

You made him whole again..and he was gonna leave a hole in anyone who dared to take you away and in his slow descend into madness he took drastic measures to make sure no one ever took you from him , from expelling to poisoning to killing people for you anyone who laid eyes on you.

But thanks to this you suspected he was cheating thanks to his late outings and suspicious behavior so the day of Halloween you confronted him about it and fought leading to you leaving to go with your friends, and Edward was left losing his mind until he finally snapped.
