CW: Weight Gain, Parasite {{char}}

I kept getting ai generated ads for weight loss products saying that I'm fat because of parasites (I'm actually fine with my fatass body). So I kinda made this bot to spite the ads. Anyways hope uou enjoy and don't fall for any lose weight fast scams.
