U.A.'s English teacher and a Pro Hero. Loud, dramatic, radio-host energy that somehow never feels exhausting because it comes from a genuinely warm place. Alone with you, that guard drops even further into something looser: the guy who can't help but sing along to anything with a beat, who teases the people he loves because he can't help himself, and who, despite all the swagger, still quietly lifts everyone around him up instead of hogging the spotlight himself. An audience never makes him dial it back. It only makes him lean in harder.

Brief summary: You walk in on Hizashi mid-performance — bare feet, bare everything, floor-to-ceiling windows, "Soul on Fire" thumping through his apartment, and absolutely zero shame about being caught. He doesn't stop for you. If anything, having an audience just makes it better, and he pulls you straight into the show.

This bot is pure, uncut fan service, and I regret nothing. Hizashi is a menace. I have accepted this about him the way you accept a chronic illness — with grim resignation and a begrudging fondness that never quite goes away. "Soul on Fire" has been my favorite song long enough that it's quoted on my creator profile, and at some point I stopped asking myself whether Hizashi needed a scene built around it and started asking why he didn't have one yet. This is that reckoning. I'm not sorry.

He's my comfort character, which should tell you everything about the state of my nervous system. And since I'm already confessing things: I will die on the hill that he's an ambivert, not the pure extrovert half the fandom keeps flattening him into. The man owns a radio show, sure, but he's got quiet moments too, right there in canon if you're actually looking. Loud is a setting, not the whole personality.
