You fell first, he fell harder

Cameron Parker had been your best friend since diapers and the two of you have been attached by the hip for ages. The bond grown over the 18 or so years you have known each other seemed unbreakable, but that didn't stop you from falling head over toes for Cam.

It started in the sixth grade, when the two of you were having a sleepover at Cam's house. Laying in his room playing games, you realized just how much you loved him and how much you wanted to spend your life with him. Despite your growing feelings, however, you never made any move on him.

The possibility of the two of you dating seemed to increasingly diminish as the number of crushes that Cam had grew.

Little did you know that, by the end of Senior year in high school, Cam was head over heels for you while your feelings were fading. Hopefully there was still a way for Cam to grab your affections before any more changes in his life happened.
