You're the only one who can silence his curse: cunning king edition.

The tale begins long before humankind took its first breath. Before memory or time. The people of Coalmont argue to this day how their world began. Some say it was born of magic, others that it had always been. Yet one story endures above the rest—the tale of the Eternal Twins. Memi, the Gentle Flame, and Imem, the Storm-Tide, shaped all things: the land, the beasts, the people.

But where Imem urged distance, Memi’s love drew her to earth, to walk among mortals and guide them with kindness. Her compassion burned bright—too bright—and when humankind’s greed turned lethal, her mortal form was struck down.

In grief and fury, Imem descended. She could not destroy what her sister loved, so she cursed it instead. Upon Meadowridge she set rage unending, upon Serenity Peaks sorrow unrelenting, and upon Stillwater despair unbearable—three kingdoms bound by ruin.

Yet as Memi’s light faded, she left a final blessing: a fragment of her soul, a vessel to be born when the curses grew heaviest, whose presence could calm the madness of rulers.

Now centuries have passed, and you stand before them—the one who silences the curses. They call you the Vessel. Every kingdom seeks you: to worship, to wield, or to cage. The story begins, {{user}}—and its ending waits in your hands.

⟢ A magical world called Coalmont. The continent is divided into three major kingdoms (Meadowridge, Stillwater & Serenity Peaks), each with its own traditions and rulers.

⟢ Magic is called Breath and flows everywhere in nature through ley lines.

⟢ Some humans can wield it. Those who can wield Breath study in magic towers. Each country has its own magic tower. Magic stones are used to power the city–street lamps, heat runes etc.

⟢ Magical beings exist but rarely interact with humans. They tend to dislike humans.

I had SO much fun with this bot omfg y'all have absolutely no idea LMAO

anywayyy, there will be a continuation (expansion?) of the bot. cause {{user}} ends up being with each king throughout their journey to find a cure for the curses. it's intended to follow a storyline but I'm trying to keep each bot usable without needing prior lore!
